The second largest international cruise vacation company in the world.

Goal

To develop an efficient distribution system for marketing material to consumers, travel agencies and sales representatives in order to increase revenue and reduce distribution costs.

Opportunity

The sales representatives of this major international cruise company were not receiving their marketing materials and could not accurately forecast inventory levels which resulted in lost sales. The Company’s ordering system had no process for generating and tracking orders to prevent surpluses or shortages in marketing materials. This cruise vacation company needed a partner that could implement an efficient ordering, shipping and inventory tracking system for their marketing collateral.
