iD implemented an easy to use website for the sales and contract representatives of this healthcare company. Representatives could instantly view their current inventory, product descriptions, product images, order materials, and track shipments – all from the website. The application also allowed for branded mini-websites, from which clients could directly request samples and materials.
iD offered centralized fulfillment services so orders could easily be tracked by the company’s representatives. Orders were sent in real-time from the website to iD for fulfillment where they were processed and the corresponding collateral was picked and shipped. These shipments consisted of product samples, bulk shipments, and kits. Orders were shipped in some cases to the representatives and in other cases, directly to their potential clients as well.
